Booking Policies

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm most bookings. The balance is due 60 days before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required at confirmation.

Payment plans may be available for select packages — details will be included in your quotation.

• More than 90 days before travel: deposit forfeited; balance refunded minus admin fee
• 60–90 days before travel: 50% of total booking value charged
• 30–59 days before travel: 75% of total booking value charged
• Less than 30 days before travel: 100% of total booking value charged

Some providers apply stricter policies for peak season or special events — these will be clearly stated in your quotation.

If we or a partner must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, park closures, safety concerns), we will offer an alternative date or experience of equal value, or a full refund of amounts paid for the affected component.

Changes requested more than 60 days before travel may be accommodated subject to availability and any supplier fees. Changes within 60 days of travel are treated as cancellations and rebookings where applicable.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and activity-specific risks (including adventure activities). Verdanti · Africa can recommend providers but does not sell insurance directly.

Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions and dietary requirements at booking. Some activities have age, fitness, or health restrictions — our team will advise during the planning process.
