Verdanti · Africa acts as a specialist booking agent for travel experiences in Southern Africa. We curate and facilitate bookings with third-party accommodation, activity, and transport providers. We are not the direct operator of most experiences listed on our platform.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise stated and may change until a deposit is received. Payments are processed securely via PayNow. Full payment terms are outlined in your quotation or invoice.

Cancellation terms vary by package and provider and are specified in your booking confirmation and our Booking Policies. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance appropriate for their destination and activities. Verdanti · Africa is not liable for costs arising from inadequate documentation or insurance.

While we carefully vet our partners, Verdanti · Africa's liability is limited to the value of services booked through us. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party operators, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
